Alexa’s pop-up showcases her experiences and culture into a unique culinary style that focuses on her tribes cooking with a flair for the Southwest. All of her dishes feature Indigenous first foods, produces and proteins that can be found in the area as well as powwow comfort food items she enjoyed as a child, like her frybread.

Street Disco chef Kyle Christy and Kim Jong Grillin chef Han Ly Hwang present, Relever: A Spicy Pop Up. This menu is centered around classic Diner food (not breakfast), everything will be spicy, nothing can be made not spicy, plenty of natural wine intended to pair well with spicy foods.
